I absolutely love going to North Carolina. So much so, that Jim and I would love to build a retirement home there someday! I spent quite a bit of time as a child driving up and down I-95 on my way in and out of my home state of Florida, and as an adult, I’ve made frequent trips to the mountains in the western part of the state.
